text-align: left;"><strong>1、看清交房清?/strong></p><p><br style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;"/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;">当前的二手房市场上大多是一些带装修的房屋,在签约时,请各位业主与买家把附送的物品列明清单及数量,对于一些家电产品建议列明型号、牌子等,方便收楼时核对物品是否与合同相符?/p><p><br style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;"/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;"><strong>2、要检查单位室内各项设施是否有质量问题</strong></p><p><br style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;"/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;">买家在收楼时须注意查看工程质量,如门、窗、天花、墙壁、地面的质量,有否渗漏等(特别对于楼龄长的物业);检查水、电是否正常,用水通道是否畅通等。检查室内各项设备是否工作正常,如有任何问题旧业主须配合新业主维修,否则可能新业主要承担负责 正如案例所提及的费用问题,收楼后发现原业主欠下了数千元的费用,要找业原业主追讨时已经无法联系了,只好自认倒霉,所以请各位买家在收楼时,必须确认原业主已结清水电、煤气、电话、电视、网络、物业管理费等费用,以免自己承担不必要的费用?/p><p><br style="text-indent: 2em;
